2011 Lipton Cup - Calm takes out the 2011 Lipton Cup

Jason Van Der Slot skippered Calm to a magnificent victory after 4 races of, at sometimes, heavy going. Calm took out two of the four races and was placed third and second in the other races.

Over 160 boats competed in this year's Lipton that saw the first Off the Beach Component included.

In taking out the Lipton, Calm was also award Division 1IRC Victorian State Champion honours.

In Divison A IRC the results were:
1st - Calm, Jason Van Der Slot & DIv 1 IRC 2011/12 Victorian State Champion
2nd - Reverie, Alan Woodward
3rd - Ikon, Bruce McCraken

Div A AMS results:
1st - Ikon, Bruce McCraken, & Div 1 AMS 2011/12 Victorian State Champion
2nd - Chutzpah38, Bruce Taylor
3rd - Reverie, Alan Woodward

Div A PHD results:
1st - Calm, Jason Van Der Slot
2nd - Living Doll, Michael Hiatt
3rd - Reverie, Alan Woodward
